Levenhuk 5S NG Microscope is a simple, reliable and safe optical instrument. A mirror is used for illumination of the microscope slides. It does not require electrical power or AC supply, so a kid will not come in contact with electricity. You can leave a young explorer alone without worrying about his or her safety. A diaphragm disk adjustment is used for the illumination intensity control.

All of the microscope’s optical elements are made of glass and are protected by a durable metal body. The revolving nosepiece is designed for three objective lenses and rotates easily. The monocular nosepiece allows for changing the eyepieces to achieve appropriate magnification. The stage is equipped with standard stage clips. You can adjust sharpness with the fine and coarse focusing knobs.
